My husband has been using this for two nights and he has not snored once! I woke up early and refreshed.
Relatively comfortable device that really helped stop my snoring. It didn't take long to get used to and my sleep (and that of my wife) is much better.
I have moderate sleep apena and was told this wouldn't help and that I would need a device made by my doctors but I tried it anyway because I was going camping and couldn't bring my cpap. At first it did nothing except hurt my teeth and I kept spitting it out in my sleep. I got home and threw it in boiling water for a 69 seconds hoping it might mold to my mouth and be more comfortable like a sporting mouthguard. It didn't really mold to my teeth but it did end up remaining in a semi closed postion which was far more comfortable. After that it reduced my snoring to a point that people around me aren't kept awake. I would not use it as a long term solution as it did seem to push my teeth forward an it takes about 5 min each morning for my mouth to feel normal. I would reccomend it for mild snoring and possibly mild apnea like mine but only for short periods where you don't have access to a CPAP.
Got this for my Grandpa who snores so loudly you can hear it all the way down the hall. First night he used this, his snoring was gone. My Grandma being able to get a full night of sleep was awesome for her, now she has more energy and has mentioned to me how much this thing works several times already. They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy this, which in turn will make you happier because we all love sleep. It's a shame I couldn't have given it to my Grandpa sooner.
Definitely helped, didn't solve the snoring completely but the wife says it did bring the volume down
