Directions were easy enough to understand. I only tried it out. Haven't really actually used it for long but seems to work as described. I would buy again if I needed another one. Doesn't feel cheap feels sturdy for the price

I am really impressed with this new scrubber I gifted myself. It came nicely packaged. The skin scrubber has 4 modes but I have been using the cleaning mode and its great. I am a new mom and so I don't get a lot of time for myself and my skin has been suffering a lot due to hormonal changes. Also became rough and dark on few area(pregnancy pigmentation). I use this scrubber 4 times a week and I am sorted. It makes my skin feels so squeaky clean and sooooo soft. The dark marks started to reduce and I use a vitamin C after I use the scrubber. It ensures good penetration of the serum into my skin. I am really in love with this machine and also gifted it to my sister. She also feels the same about it. Its a life save LOL. I highly recommend!!

I have used many different tools for my face. I decided after watching videos online to try out a skin spatula. First, make sure you read the directions thoroughly. I would invest in a face streamer as using just a warm towel to open your pores is a waste of time nor does it truly open your pores with just the towel. The directions for this product are the most confusing instructions. You still have to ask or go online to get better guidance, otherwise you could be doing more harm that good. The instructions are so small that you have to squint no matter what, just to TRY and read them. I have yet to see it actually get out blackheads.
